'Picko' made his appointment at Pyrenees House in Ararat and said the process was very easy.
"It was a quick check in and a fast, painless injection then 15 minutes in the waiting room to check for side effects," he said.
"I was all good so I went home.

"I had a lazy afternoon listening to the footy, not crook but just felt a bit tired."
Picko said after a good night sleep he did feel a bit lethargic.
"I didn't have any aches or pains but I didn't have much energy either," he said.
"I rested for the morning and started to come good in the afternoon.
"Fully recovered by Monday with no side effects. Ready for my second injection at end of August."
