The members will act as consultants to Victoria's first-ever independent truth-telling process.
The Committee, which is made up of a multidisciplinary group of experts, will provide expertise and strategic advice to Yoo-rrook throughout its historic work.
Alongside Mr Clark will be Yorta Yorta woman Karen Jackson, Gamilaroi woman associate professor Nikki Moodie, and non-First Peoples member Dr Michael Maguire.

Their advice will provide ongoing support throughout Yoo-rrook's inquiry and will also inform the recommendations in the interim and final reports.
Chair Professor Eleanor Bourke spoke about the important role the Committee will play in supporting the achievement of Yoo-rrook's objectives.
"The appointment of the Expert Advisory Committee is a requirement of Terms of Reference of the Yoo-rrook Justice Commission. These appointments include experienced people in their field and align with expertise identified as objectives of the Commission," Professor Bourke said.
Mr Clark joins the Committee with expertise in First Peoples' cultural knowledge and histories. Mr Clark is a lawyer and has held senior roles in inquiries into youth justice, child protection and family, human and cultural rights for Aboriginal people.
